Kasey Maralack

This week on our Athlete Spotlight is Hub member Kasey Maralack, from Snoqualmie, WA! Kasey is currently starting her junior year of high school after a summer of strong tournament play. Her last 10 rounds have been played with a 76.2 scoring average. Last year, she was named the Washington Junior Golf Association Player of the Year!
Earlier this month, Maralack won her first AJGA event at the AJGA Preview at Lost Springs. With rounds of 70-73, she won by 4 strokes, and she had the tournament low round! Maralack finished at -1, 143 for the event and carded 6 birdies. Notably, this was the first AJGA event she competed in.

Kasey has stated that her goal is to play at the D-I level in college, keeping a tournament scoring average below 75. Her best round is a 68 in competition, and she has eyes set on breaking that personal low. When she was younger, she qualified for the Drive, Chip, & Putt National Finals at Augusta National four times, winning the long drive competition at age 9!
