Junior Golf Hub partners with the first ever National Championship Series to be aired on Golf Channel
Ridgefield, CT – Junior Golf Hub (JGH), in collaboration with The Hurricane Junior Golf Tour (HJGT), is proud to announce a new partnership with The Notah Begay III Jr Golf National Championship (NB3 JGNC)!
The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship is an open series that was going to feature 160 Local Qualifiers (18-holes) *Cancelled due to COVID-19, and will now conduct 20 Regional Qualifiers (36-holes) and one National Championship (54-holes). Golfers who participate will compete in one of the four divisions: Boys 14-18, Boys 13 & Under, Girls 14-18 and Girls 13 & Under. www.jgnc.org.
The 2-hour television broadcast will allow viewers from all over the world to watch the future stars of the PGA TOUR and LPGA Tour amidst the backdrop of the Koasati Pines GC, Coushatta Casino Resort and Coushatta Tribal Nation. The finale will be on November 15th,16th & 17th ,2020.
The partnership between the NB3 JGNC, HJGT and the Junior Golf Hub will be an exciting partnership, providing players that compete on the HJGT opportunities to qualify for the NB3 JGNC and compete on Golf Channel. We will be announcing when and where their players can qualify in the next week(s). In this partnership, the Junior Golf Hub will now be the official presenting partner for all the 2 -day Regional NB3 events.

The HJGT and Junior Golf Hub will have exemption opportunities to the National Championship where players can punch their ticket to Coushatta and compete on Golf Channel this November.

The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship was founded in 2019 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to compete in a truly, open competition in hopes to fulfill their dreams of becoming one of the best junior golfers in world. The Series, originally featuring 160 Local Qualifiers (18-holes), has recently been re-formatted due to COVID-19 and will now host 20 Regional Qualifiers (36-holes) and one National Championship (54-holes) covering 45+ states across the continental United States. Hurricane Junior Golf Tour – (HJGT) was founded in 2007 with the intention of providing junior golfers between the ages of 8-18 an opportunity to play exceptional courses in a competitive environment. The tour’s vision is to provide superb hospitality and make every event a memorable one. With play open to both males and females, nearly every junior golfer is eligible to participate on the Hurricane Junior Golf Tour. Currently the HJGT is the largest junior golf tour in the United States hosting more 2-day nationally ranked events than any other tour. Through Hurricane Junior Golf Tour’s partnership with international hospitality company NEXUS, a division ambassador program was developed with Tiger Woods, Justin Timberlake, Justin Rose, Will Smith, Ernie Els and Bryson DeChambeau, who each represent a different division within the Tour.
