Junior Golf Hub (JGH), the leading platform for aspiring college-bound golfers, proudly celebrates the one-year anniversary of the Junior Golf Hub Rankings — a groundbreaking system designed to provide a more comprehensive, inclusive, and accurate reflection of the junior golf landscape.

Launched in April 2024, the JGH Rankings were created with a singular mission: to empower junior golfers through greater visibility, regardless of where or how often they compete. One year in, that mission is not only alive — it’s thriving.

“From day one, we believed there was a better way to recognize junior golf talent,” said Eric Allen, CEO of Junior Golf Hub. “We built this platform to highlight the heart of junior golf — the players who put in the work, grow through the game, and represent the future. This past year has only confirmed how vital it is that we continue evolving, growing, and championing every player’s journey.”

Reflecting on a Year of Progress

In just 12 months, the JGH Rankings have reshaped how players, parents, coaches, and tournament directors engage with the junior golf community. Unlike traditional systems, JGH Rankings go beyond elite multi-day tournaments, incorporating one-day events like USGA qualifiers, high school state championships, and regional competitions. The result? A more accurate and equitable view of performance and progress.

In 2024 alone, JGH Rankings integrated results from thousands of tournaments — from your local PGA Section Junior Tour, to United States Kids Golf, all the way through to the AJGA and high level amateur championships — providing a platform where all junior golfers can be seen and celebrated.

Where We’re Heading in 2025

Looking ahead, Junior Golf Hub is doubling down on its commitment to grow the JGH Rankings into the most inclusive and comprehensive system in the world. The 2025 season will see major expansions, including:

  • Broader Event Coverage: Over 1500 new tournaments will be added in 2025, featuring a significant uptick of events from outside the United States..
  • Enhanced Data Integration: New partnerships with tournament operators are streamlining schedule and result sharing, ensuring real-time accuracy.
  • Local Collaboration: JGH is actively working with event organizers and golf associations to identify key tournaments that should be included.
  • Greater Visibility for All Players: A continued focus on rewarding growth, participation, and engagement — not just wins — allows players at all levels to earn meaningful recognition.

“Visibility matters. When you shine a light on more players, more often, from more places, you build a stronger, more connected game,” added Allen. “Our work isn’t finished. In fact, we’re just getting started.”

Call to Action

Junior Golf Hub invites coaches, tournament directors, and golf families to join in shaping the future of junior golf. Whether by submitting tournament schedules, sharing results, or identifying deserving players and events, everyone has a role to play in making the JGH Rankings stronger and more impactful.

This is more than a milestone. It’s a movement — and we’re proud to have made it this far, together.
