Ted is an experienced golf industry professional having come to us from Callaway Golf where he held several positions. Prior to that he consulted with and helped start several non-golf and golf specific entities. Before he embarked on 22-year career on Wall Street, he gave the Golf Professional and mini tour circuit a shot. Ted played collegiately and was a D3 All American at Skidmore College.
Fun Fact: Ted has helped package and supply over 2 million meals to people in need all over New York and New Jersey.
Michael is a current collegiate golfer for a Division III school, where he studies Economics and Psychology. He is passionate about driving business analytics in order to better understand our Hub members, and he strives to increase site efficiency and expand education in the junior golf landscape.
Fun Fact: Michael has built and maintained his own sand putting green at home.
Roger Knick is the Founder of Junior Golf Hub and Golf Performance Center, both based in Ridgefield, Connecticut. Roger is a Sports Performance Specialist having spent his entire 20-plus year career developing and refining his knowledge and practical application of coaching. He has worked with aspiring high school, collegiate athletes, PGA, LPGA, NHL, MLB, NBA and NFL players.
Rick is an avid competitive player and former collegiate athlete, as well as a coach and lover of golf. He graduated from Fairfield University, in the class of 2015 (B.S. Finance, Economics). Rick was a four-year member and two-time Captain of the Stags’ Men’s Division-I Golf Team. He was also Assistant to the Men’s and Women’s Programs in 2016, and is the current 2017 Connecticut State Amateur Golf Champion!
Fun fact: Rick has never had a hole-in-one.
Robert has extensive experience in delivering technical innovation, with a focus on customer partnerships to better understand opportunities and to grow customer value. He is an IBM alumni, with a career in IBM Research in physics and computer science, and leading software development teams building runtime environments for the hybrid cloud. He has scored two “barkies” in his otherwise undistinguished golfing career.
