(RIDGEFIELD, Conn.) – Junior Golf Hub (JGH) is pleased to announce the partnership with the Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship (NB3 JGNC). The Notah Begay III Junior Golf National Championship, in its fifth year, aims to grow the game of golf by providing a platform for players to compete against the best juniors in the country in a true, open qualifying series.
JGH founder, Roger Knick, comments on why this was the right fit for the JGH saying, “Notah stands for everything that is right about the great game of golf. To be aligned with him and his team was something we couldn’t pass up. Both organizations have shared a similar mission for years – to give junior golfers a chance to get better and play at a higher level regardless of background, geographical location, or economics.” In addition to the title sponsorship, Roger and NB3 co-founder, Ryan Burr, will continue the Hub of Junior Golf Podcast twice a month. The podcast features prominent figures in college golf, player development, and industry experts to provide players and parents a road map to navigate the challenging aspects of junior golf.
“We are excited about the new partnership because of the value it will bring to all our families,” said Notah Begay III. “The Junior Golf Hub, and its founder Roger Knick, are pillars of the junior golf community, and it’s truly an honor to have their support as we expose more boys and girls to the game of golf. Community buy-in and corporate support are key factors in providing successful youth programs. I’m proud to stand alongside the Junior Golf Hub brand as we work together to create fun tools to develop all levels of junior golfers. It is undeniable that the Junior Golf Hub is the leading online community for junior golfers and their parents, offering a modern, easily accessible website that simplifies and streamlines the development of players and the college golf planning process. The junior golf space can be intimidating for players; from finding tournaments, understanding what tournaments to play in, and thinking about college golf, all while continuing to develop their games and minds. What Roger, CEO Lee-Anne Gilchrist, and the JGH team are building is the exact mission myself and the NB3 team have been striving for since our formation.”
The title sponsorship begins today, and the Junior Golf Hub NB3 Jr. Golf National Championship will be broadcast on Golf Channel in December.
